Mother's Rummy

About the game

Those are the major points standing out in this version of the famous Rummy card game:

• A clear, easily recognizable card design that allows you to define your own colors for the suits
• Highly configurable rules that  let you play the game like you know it
• Define your opponents using  characteristics that define the way they play: Intelligence, Precision, Courage, Reflex and Luck

Click...   

• on your cards to select/deselect a card, right click to make a new selection
• on the draw stack to draw a card and on the discard stack (blue box) to discard the selected card
•  on the table to build a stack from the selected cards (please check the info text for multiple variants)
•  on a stack on the table to add your selected cards to it
•  on a joker on the table to retrieve it, using the corresponding card from your hand

Why early access?

By releasing the current version, I can  see whether there is any interest, find out if there are rules missing that people would like to have and also can improve the game overall according to the feedback I receive.

Next steps

These are the next things on the list that I want to tackle:

• Enable the online multiplayer (again, as it was killed during the move from Unity 5.5 to Unity 2019)
• Improve the  computer players. Make them think faster and better.
• Redo the UI and do some graphical improvements
• Bug fixes, of course
